Summary and introduction
This study uses a questionnaire-based survey to track the longitudinal development of core employability skills among Taiwanese vocational high school students. The study aims to use longitudinal evidence to improve our understanding of how vocational education can help students adapt to the workplace and develop the skills required in the AI era.
