Introducing Key Competency Game-Based Teaching Modules in Vocational Disciplines to Enhance Professional Skills and Confidence
Cultivating the key competencies students need before entering the workforce, including problem-solving, decision-making, strategic planning, analytical thinking, cross-disciplinary coordination, innovation and creativity, respect for diversity, global perspectives, flexible communication, collaboration, leadership, and digital literacy for applying technology to solve workplace problems.
To enhance the connection between vocational education and industry, this project employs technology-assisted teaching strategies to improve the workplace competencies and technological literacy of vocational and graduate students. Additionally, it involves the development of relevant teaching courses, industry-academia collaboration, and technology-assisted scaffolding mechanisms.
