本中心補助優秀學術人才參加國外研討會
以促進國際學術交流
活動資訊（以補助辦法為準）
- 申請日期：
- 每年隨到隨審，經費用罄將提早截止。
- 最遲送件日期為會議首日所屬月份之前一個月之首日，遇例假日者，順延至次一上班日，逾期、文件不全或不符合規定者，不受理申請。
- 囿於經費相關法律規定修正，中心暫不受理舉辦於陸港澳地區之研討會補助申請。
- 申請人資格（需符合以下五項資格）：
- 配合本中心特色研究領域為優先，包括技職教育和數位學習等領域。
- 本中心碩、博士研究生（需為已註冊本校碩博士生）或博士後研究員，參加國際重要研討會之口頭發表論文的第一作者。
- 申請者需同時申請國科會的出席國際學術會議補助；若獲國科會補助，本中心得據研討會等級、論文內容等部分獎勵，實際金額以審查結果為準。（上限為國科會補助之半額）
- 於同一年度已申請過國科會補助，致當年不得再次申請者，不在此限；請於申請時附上前次已申請過國科會補助之畫面。
- 每人每年度僅可獲一次補助，已獲中心補助者同年度不再受理申請。
- 申請程序及文件：
申請人由指導教授或其計畫主持人推薦，並檢附相關文件彙整為單一 PDF 檔，至網站下載申請表和完成填寫後親送申請文件至承辦人辦公室。逾期、文件不全或不符合規定者，不受理申請。檢附文件資料如下：- 申請表（需指導教授或計畫主持人簽名）。
- 論文接受函。
- 研討會發表論文全文（以首次和單次發表為限）。
- 其它有利於審查之資料（如：成績單、外語能力證明、 相關論文發表或得獎紀錄等）
